What will you do?

Funciones principales:

  • Planificar y organizar la preparación diaria de la partida, asegurando la correcta disposición de materias primas, utensilios y recursos necesarios para un funcionamiento eficiente.

  • Supervisar y elaborar las elaboraciones culinarias de acuerdo con las ruedas de menús, recetas establecidas y buenas prácticas de manipulación de alimentos, adaptándose a las necesidades del cliente.

  • Dirigir y distribuir tareas dentro de la partida, coordinando y supervisando el trabajo del equipo (cocineros/as y ayudantes) para asegurar la correcta ejecución de los platos.

  • Controlar la limpieza, conservación y reposición de alimentos, equipos y espacios de trabajo correspondientes a su sección.

  • Verificar y asegurar la correcta cumplimentación de registros y controles higiénico‑sanitarios (APPCC) asociados a su partida.

  • Colaborar en la recepción, almacenamiento y reposición interna de géneros, siguiendo los procedimientos establecidos y las indicaciones del jefe de cocina.

What are we looking for?

Formación:

  • Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior en Dirección de Cocina y/o en Hostelería.

  • Valorable Grado en Turismo.

  • Formación acreditada en APPCC y seguridad alimentaria.

Experiencia:

  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en un puesto similar dentro de cocina profesional, preferiblemente en hoteles o establecimientos de alta capacidad.

Conocimientos adicionales valorables:

  • Manejo de herramientas informáticas básicas.

  • Conocimientos en hostelería y cocina (productos, técnicas, maquinaria y utensilios).
