As a Business Consultant, you will understand marketing technology solutions such that you can help clients realize the outcomes and benefits they are looking to achieve in Sprinklr. You will partner closely with Engineering/Implementation Specialists to uncover customer’s current and future needs and translate that into architecture of the platform.

What Are Your Responsibilities

• Consult clients on platform implementation and its adoption, defining key use cases for their marketing teams.

• Translate client’s needs to Implementation/Engineering Specialist.
• Oversee the quality of deliverables and their match to defined use cases.
• Provide strategic guidance to various stakeholders across client teams, including change management.
• Maintain platform relevancy according to changed business needs.
• Ensure that all client users are trained, educated, and up to date on platform use, best practices, and functionality.
• Proactively ensure that every client derives the most value possible from the platform.
• Assist the Sales and Success Teams in providing insight to the client.

Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified

• Affinity for technology.

• Ability to work in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment.

• Prior experience or affinity with team management.

• 3+ years of experience in stakeholder management, preferable across marketing teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Communications or Marketing.

• Excellent communication skills, both in written and verbal English, Dutch, German, Arabic or Spanish is a plus.

• Experience in the fields of either marketing or contact center management is required.

• Previous agency experience is a plus.

• Permit to live and work in your country of residence is a must.

• Self-motivated, takes initiative, assumes ownership.

• Ability to think on your feet.

• Salary 25k-60k Eur per year depending on seniority and country of residence.
